Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & MAKE-UPS

  • The Baseball Center NYC reserves the right, prior to the first class or after, to cancel a course due to insufficient registration, with full or pro-rated refund.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing no later than 30 days before program, league or camp begins.
  • No refunds will be given after this date. (Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing). There is a $75 cancellation fee applied to all refunds.
  • Registrations processed within the 30-day time period, bundled registrations and/or pro-rated registrations are not eligible for refunds. Clients wishing to withdraw who have registered using the parameters listed above will receive a TBCNYC Credit, valid for one year from date posted.
  • A physician’s note must be presented to be eligible for TBCNYC due to injury and/or illness.
  • Course fees are transferable only with consent from TBCNYC Management.
  • In-Class Make-Ups are not prohibited for the Rising Stars Academy. The Baseball Center NYC will recognize two (2) and only two (2) missed sessions in the form of one half-day Diamond Camp (9am-1pm) or half-day Summer Camp session (9a-1p).
  • Rookie Ball and Outdoor League make-ups may not be available (based on schedule and permit allotment) and fees will not refunded due to inclement weather. The Baseball Center NYC will also attempt to play as many games as possible, based on field permit allotment.
  • The Baseball Center NYC is not responsible for make-up classes due to any mandatory closure of the Baseball Center NYC. TBCNYC credits and/or refunds will be offered based on length of closure and ability to re-start.The Baseball Center NYC reserves the right, prior to the first class or after, to cancel a course due to insufficient registration, with full refund.
